Welcome to Rushden Transport Museum & Railway

Rushden Transport Museum is situated in the Old Midland Railway Station of 1894 which once formed part of the Wellingborough to Higham Ferrers branch line.

Taken over by the Rushden Historical Transport Society in 1984 the station also provides the society with a social club.

Today RHTS owns and runs Rushden Transport Museum, has over 650 membersĀ and organises one of the biggest Transport Rallies andĀ  County Shows in the area attracting over 25000 people to Rushden during the annual 3 day event.


Tuesday Evening Meeting
Unfortunately, as was suggested at the October meeting there will not be a last Tuesday of the month meeting on 24th November as there has been no speaker organised.
